Terms And Conditions

  • Accommodation for every extra person (Adult): EP: Rs. 1200/-, CP: Rs. 1400/- and MAP: 1800/-
  • Accommodation for Extra person (Teen 13-19 Years only): EP: Rs. 800/-, CP: Rs. 1000/- and MAP: 1400/-
  • Accommodation for Extra person (Kid 6-13 Years only): EP: Rs. 1000/-, CP: Rs. 700/- and MAP: 1000/-
  • Kids below the age of 6 – No Extra Cost.
  • We require 50% advance of the total amount in our a/c to confirm your booking with us.
  • At the time of Check-in, Guests are requested to provide a Valid Government Photo ID Proof (Passport/Driving License/Voter Card/Pan Card). If failed to do so, the booking will be disqualified and there will be a no refund policy applicable.
  • Check-In Time: 12:00 Noon • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.
  • Early Check-In or late Check-Out are subject to availability and shall be chargeable.
  • Breakfast per head Rs. 200/- and • Lunch/Dinner per head Rs. 400/-.
  • Rates are inclusive of all taxes.
  • Extra day extendable on Pro-Rata basis.
  • In case of any damage caused to amenities, equipment, accessories, furniture etc, guests will be liable to pay for the replacement/repair.
  • Sojourn Homes and Cottages reserves the right to admission.
  • Please be certain to enquire for the other offers and group rates.
  • The tariff amount paid for the accommodation does not include charges for additional services and incidentals such as breakage, food and beverages, firewood, telephone calls, etc. unless stated in the package. These will be charged additionally.

Reservation Policy

  • For reservation enquiries, please provide us with the proposed dates of your holidays, number of nights you plan to stay, number of persons in accompanying you (including adults and children) and the type of accommodation preferred. Additionally, we can suggest the best possible options available to best suit your requirement
  • Bookings can be made simply by making an advance deposit either through Net Banking or Bank Transfer done via RTGS/NEFT. International remittances are made via SWIFT. For procedural details, please contact: shabu@sojourn72.com
  • 100% advance deposit required to guarantee booking.
  • All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you a booking confirmation. In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation accepted via emails only (Please note: Phone calls and/or verbal communication will not be considered for the cancellation).
  • No refunds for short-stay and un-availed facilities.
  • 80% of the advance deposit is refundable in case of cancellation 21 days (3 weeks) prior to date of arrival.
  • 50% of the advance deposit is refundable in case of cancellation 14 days (2 weeks) prior to date of arrival.
  • Advance deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation 1 week prior to the date of arrival or NO SHOW.
  • Change of dates will be considered as cancellation
  • All disputes subject to Manali Jurisdiction.
